Terms & acceptable use

Marvoxa AI is prepaid. Replies are charged in Units at your tier's price, and the platform fee and add-ons are charged monthly from your balance. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes. Top-ups aren't refundable once used.

When your balance runs out, active conversations continue on a grace balance up to the published limit, which your next top-up settles. New conversations don't start until you top up.

You may not use Marvoxa AI to:

• send spam or unsolicited messages, or message people who didn't contact you;
• sell or promote illegal products or services, weapons, drugs or gambling;
• deceive people, impersonate others or collect data under false pretences;
• harass, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• give medical, legal or financial advice as if from a qualified professional;
• break WhatsApp's, Meta's or any platform's own rules.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice when needed to protect customers or the service.

You're responsible for the instructions and information you give your agent. AI can make mistakes: review important answers, and don't let it make commitments your business can't honour.

As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous three months. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Questions: [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
