What is a Unit?
A simple measure of how much the AI reads and writes.
Every reply, the AI reads your instructions, the knowledge it needs and the conversation so far, then writes an answer. 1 Unit is 1,000 tokens it reads. A token is roughly three-quarters of a word.
Writing costs more than reading, so each token it writes counts 5 times. Longer instructions and longer chats use more Units; short, clear ones use fewer.
A typical reply uses about 5 Units, which on Basic is a fraction of a cent.

What is a Unit?
A Unit measures how much the AI reads and writes for a reply. 1 Unit is 1,000 tokens it reads; what it writes counts five times, because writing costs more. A typical reply uses about 5 Units.
Why does one reply cost more than another?
Longer instructions, more knowledge and longer conversations mean the AI reads more for each reply. Your portal shows the reason next to every reply, so nothing is a mystery.
What happens when my balance runs out?
Conversations that are already going keep running on a small grace balance (the larger of $1 or 10% of your last top-up), which your next top-up settles. New conversations don't start, and you get an alert straight away.
How do I pay?
Top up from $2 by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Prices are in US dollars; your portal also shows the rupee equivalent.
Which tier should I choose?
Most businesses start on Basic. Use Lite for simple FAQs, and Moderate or Max when conversations are long or every answer has to be exactly right. You can switch any time.
Does it speak Urdu?
Yes: English, Urdu and Roman Urdu. It replies in the language your customer writes in.
Who pays for WhatsApp messages?
Meta bills WhatsApp conversation fees to your WhatsApp Business account directly. Our WhatsApp add-on covers connecting it and the AI replies.
